PRICING

All prices are in U.S. currency. Shipping charges are additional and will be quoted at the time your order is confirmed.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

After you submit your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your order has been placed. We will then review your order and notify you of the total including shipping, insurance, and any applicable sales tax.
If you are paying by check or money order, your order may be held for seven (7) days pending receipt of payment. If payment is not received within that time, the item(s) will be returned to stock. If paying by check, please allow 5-7 days for bank clearance. Any fees charged for returned checks will be billed at current rates.
PayPal payments are accepted. Orders paid through PayPal are processed upon confirmation of funds.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. We may use another carrier at our discretion and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped outside the United States will be sent by U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have questions, please ask before placing your order.
If you feel you must return an item, contact us within three (3) days of receipt for return instructions. Returned items must be received within seven (7) days of your initial contact. Refunds are issued for items returned in the same condition as sent. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

RESTOCKING POLICY

We do not charge restocking fees.

DAMAGE POLICY

We pack carefully to prevent damage. If your order arrives damaged carriers normally require inspection of the item and all original packing materials. Do not repack or return damaged items unless instructed, as doing so may void insurance coverage.

If you have questions about an item, please ask before placing your order. If you wish to return an item, contact us within three (3) days of receipt for instructions. Items must be returned within seven (7) days of contacting us. Shipping and insurance are not refundable.

DAMAGE POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS). Keep all original packing materials for inspection.
