Measuring just over 10 inches in diameter with impressed CPB CO this nice old mess plate was die struck from tinned sheet iron. Eminating from some long forgotten biscuit company, we have been told the Central Paciffic Biscuit Co., but have not been able to verrify that? With good evidence of age and period use yet remaining in pleasing condition, this tin mess plate will do well with any mid 1800s, very early 1900s mess grouping.
