Published quarterly in wraps (9 ½ X 5 ¾ inches), as the organ of the 1st Maine Cavalry Regimental association. Edited by regimental historian and author of the 1st Maine Cavalry Civil War history, Edward P. Tobie, the book offered proceedings of the yearly reunions, matters of historic value and items of personal interest to members of the regiment. This offering is a record of the 8th & 9th ANUALL REUNIONS of 1879 / 1880. It is complete, in nice condition and is comprised of 108 pages. Personal recollections of members of one of the war’s most hard fought cavalry regiments provide today’s reader with a unique opportunity to look into life with the 1st Maine Cavalry.
