Back in the "good old days" when such things could still be found, we acquired the remnants of a box of little Confederate battle flag lapel pins and are offering them here individually priced for the collector who would enjoy having one. These brightly colored little paper battle flags (illustrated here with a U.S. quarter for size comparison)are still on there original common pin shafts and remain in "out of the box" condition after decades of storage. The inexpensively made and poorly indexed printing job is reflective of early 1900’s origin and a time when the United Confederate Veteran’s of the South like their Northern counterparts of the G. A. R. made a ready market for such inexpensive patriotic embellishments. A neat little display item. |
