Best described here by our photos this relic bit was acquired by us years ago at the old 1978 Eisenhower Hotel & Conference Ctr., Gettysburg Civil War show where it was picked from a local digger’s box of relics (Those were the days! 135 tables of real Civil War artifacts with something in everyone’s price range from thousands all the way down to a few dollars.).
