A classic of the well-used 19th century utility this well constructed, horn measure approximately 16 inches in length and is about 4 inches in diameter at the mouth. While demonstrating unquestionable age and originality, this brass bodied horn demonstrates desirable construction techniques and remains in exceptional original fully operable condition. An answer to a wide varying 19th century communication / signaling applications, a determined blow into the mouthpiece of this period antique sounding horn will produce a blast capable of some distance.
